Inspired by a childhood classic game “Snakes & Ladders”, Path-Mania is a life-size board-game. A number of “ladders” and “snakes” are pictured on the board, each connecting two specific board squares. Each board square represents a quiz or task for the team to collaboratively complete in order to advance. All quiz and tasks are aimed to be experiential exercises that promote better understanding and sharing of the organization.

The game is a fun-filled race contest based on teamwork, where teams’ progression up the board is an educational and reflective journey of learning about the importance (ladders) of teamwork as well as downfalls (snakes) of a lack of it.
